Associate Fellow Carl Saucier-Bouffard is one of the leaders of the recently launched Quebec Meatless Mondays campaign. Launched on 19th March, 2010, the campaign is led by a coalition of three spokespeople (Carl Saucier-Bouffard, Anne-Marie Roy, and Stéphane Groleau) as well as many public personalities and organisations (including the David Suzuki Foundation, Greenpeace, and Équiterre).
